
Vitt Cox, Managing Director
Vitt is highly regarded within the property services industry and has an in depth knowledge and experience gained over the last 25 years. As Managing Director Vitt focuses on service delivery and ensures that ATS fulfills all of our contractual obligations. Vittʼs previous positions have underpinned his belief in the importance of defined processes and procedures and their value in achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
Vitt will also be responsible for building our brand and increasing awareness of ATS Group to improve our tender and contract opportunities towards growing our client base.
Having held senior management roles with a number of major service organisations and employed as Global Head of Security Risk for Macquarie Bank have all contributed to his management credentials.
Vitt has held a number of senior positions in Property Management, Defence, Investigations, Prosecutions, Services Industry, Security, Consultancy; Recruitment, Prison administration, Heritage. Committee member of Sydney Olympic Committee for Security and Manpower and past Vice Chairman for Australian Building Services Association (Security), member of Australian Institute of Management, member of the American Society for Industrial Security.

ROBI ROGERSON, Senior Advisor
Robi began his career in the British Army as an aircraft engineer, subsequently completing his degree in mechanical engineering. After leaving the army Robi immigrated to Australia joining ADT Security as State Manager – Victoria and progressing to the position of General Manager - Electronic Services.
In 1999 Robi became CEO of a Technology start up, during which time he established business operations in the UK and USA and secured several public and private investments. Robi is an inventor of patented technology here and overseas.
Having not lost his passion for working with people and the service industry, Robi joined a large national cleaning and soft services company in 2003 as CEO and was the driving force behind the growth and success of the company. Leaving in 2008 he moved to an international services organisation as Global Director of Human Resources and Managing Director – Australasia prior to the business being acquired in 2009. Robi's commitment to customer service excellence, with integrity, has positioned him as one of the service industry's leaders.

ADMIR SMAJLOVIC, General Manager - Operations
As General Manager – Operations, Admirʼs responsibilities are the management of all operational aspects of the ATS business. Admir has extensive operational management knowledge and experience. He has gained his extensive knowledge from working as a Site Manager and Operations Manager on a number of customer properties over the past 11 years with ATS.
Admir is experienced in a broad range of security and cleaning products and services with practical, hands on and managerial experience with Government, Corporate, Internal and External Security CCTV installation and maintenance. Focused on enhancing the asset value, Admir understands that Property Managers require a service partner that offers a focused and dedicated team that can work autonomously.
Admir places a premium on working with our clients to understand their objectives, goals, critical success factors and the needs of all stakeholders in the community within which our industry operates. All of this is then translated into policies and procedures that will guide our service offering to your business.

Asif Ghafoor, Financial Controller
Financial Controller since the inception of ATS, Asif has established a feasible and effective development system for ATS to bring together a large number of clients to help them design
and develop security and cleaning concepts to meet their business needs, as well as encouraging them to adapt to the current and future trends of the Security and Cleaning Industry.
Asif has a Degree in Economics and Accountancy, Diploma in finance and brokering, Diploma in Real Estate, Hold Diploma and Advanced Diploma in financial planning, Certificate in anti money laundering and terrorism. He is also certified as a Microsoft professional with a Diploma in Business Management.
Asif ensures that our solutions meet all of the financial objectives of both ATS and our clientʼs, with the flexibility required to meet local and global changes.

PAUL JENKINS, State Operations Manager
Paul is a senior risk and security specialist with experience in tactical to strategic level security management and in all aspects of security and risk operations.
Employment has included municipal law enforcement, private security consulting and contracting, as well as risk and security compliance and audit roles in Australia / New Zealand and Asia.
Paul has also operationally managed large complex manpower service requirements, nationally. His skills in assessing gaps in service and creation of planned solutions have resulted in a strong and tailored service mix, each and every time. He is an inclusive manager who brings together all aspects of security (including planned liaison with Government and non-Government bodies) to best serve his clients' operation.
Paul has previously held the position of State Operations Manager (NSW, ACT, NT), Regional
Coordinator (NSW, ACT) and Major Operations, for a Security Provider responsible for securing a number of major port facilities along the eastern seaboard of Australia.

CAMERON STUART, Area Manager NSW
Cameron is a dynamic security operations specialist with an eye for detail. He has worked at site level for major security companies delivering defence security. He has worked at the Regional and Area Manager levels for over 10 years and continually delivers the best possible services.
Cameron has the ability to quickly grasp the best operational solutions in whatever industry sector and, in conjunction with his teams, build the most effective scope of operations. This scope is transferred into a system of learnings for the staff on site and, using our training structure, educate the team to perform at the highest levels.

KAREN WILLIAMS, Risk Management / Training Officer
Karen is an experienced, licensed and qualified industry consultant specialising in training and Occupational Health and Safety. She has prepared Risk Management Reports and Treatment Plans for Government Departments and agencies, as well as Universities and private enterprise.
Karen has post Graduate Certification in Human resource Management, She is also Work Cover approved OH&S Consultant and Return to work coordinator, Karen also possesses Electrical Testing and Tagging certification, Certificate IV in work place safety, Trainer Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Group Taring and Senior First Aid.
