Admir Smajlovic, General Manager

Admir Smajlovic has headed up the team at ATS as General Manager for the last 11 years, his responsibility is the management of all operational aspects of ATS business. He has broad operational management knowledge and skill, gained from working as a Site Manager and Operations Manager for a number of clients.

Admir has extensive educational and site based qualifications and experience. He has brought to ATS an array of credentials, which compliment the business and insure that the General Manager has a through understanding of the market and what is required. He has attained the following; Advance diploma of Business, Advanced Diploma of Management, Diploma in Project Management, Certificate 4 in Security and Risk Management, Certificate 4 in Work Health and Safety, Certificate 4 in Training and Assessments

He is practiced in a broad range of security and cleaning services, with practical, hands on and managerial experience with Government, Corporate, Internal and External Security, CCTV installation and maintenance. Focused on enhancing the assets value, Admir understands that Property Managers require a service partner that offers a focused and dedicated team that can work autonomously. He is a dedicated and discerning leader who has been instrumental in the development of ATS from its inception to its current day status as a industry standards leader.

All of this is then translated into policies and procedures that allow us to tailor the best service available to our clients.

Financial Controller since the inception of ATS, Asif has established a feasible and effective development system for ATS to bring together a large number of clients to help them design and develop security and cleaning concepts to meet their business needs, as well as encouraging them to adapt to the current and future trends of the Security and Cleaning Industry.

Asif has a Degree in Economics and Accountancy, Diploma in finance and brokering, Diploma in Real Estate, Hold Diploma and Advanced Diploma in financial planning, Certificate in anti money laundering and terrorism. He is also certified as a Microsoft professional with a Diploma in Business Management.

Asif ensures that our solutions meet all of the financial objectives of both ATS and our client’s, with the flexibility required to meet local and global changes.

Gill Sukhpreet, Client Relationship Manager

Gill Sukhpreet, ATS Client Relationship Manager will ensure the highest levels of customer service are delivered to you. Certificate IV in work place safety, Trainer Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Group Training and Senior First Aid, Gill is well qualified and experienced in the industry.

With over 13 years experience nurturing our existing client relationships in Australia, Gill is in the perfect position to offer you comprehensive solutions to insure you get the best industry service available.

Gill’s role includes developing new customer relations. For our existing clients Gill’s insurer’s they have the best service possible, tailored to their individual requirements. Working closely with our existing customers Gill gives the personal touch that we feel lacks in the industry; he is there for you 24/7 for those times when your business needs help the most.
